4th of July 2021

Celebrating this year was so special for us. Getting back to some semblance of normal was definitely welcomed! Being restricted with everything that happened in 2020 has made us realize how special family & friends are & how amazing it is to do what we do.

This year we had the amazing opportunity to spend America’s Birthday with some of our closest friends. Living out in the country, fireworks are so fun! With Burgers, hotdogs & corn on the grill, & a table full of country cooking side dishes, we gathered with so many friends from church to celebrate the freedoms we cherish.

This is the first 4th of July we didn’t  get to have all our kids with us so it was a little empty, but we were still able to share plenty of laughs, firecrackers, food, & quality time. One thing was sure, Ashley is not a fan of being 7 months pregnant in the hot days of summer! ğŸŒžğŸ˜ŽğŸ”¥ We cannot wait for miss Oliviah to arrive in September, but the hot summer months are pretty uncomfortable.

Things this holiday has made me realize I need to remember as time passes by:

1 – We are fortunate to have the freedoms we currently have.

2 – We are so grateful for those who gave their lives to give us those freedoms.

3 – Our time with our family is so special.

4 – We are truly blessed to have so many amazing friends.

5 – We are so blessed to do what we do & work with the amazing couples we serve.
